I wanna talk about me...

It recently came to my attention that everyone sees everything about everyone else on my blog, but no one really knows what I do. So that got me to thinking maybe I should tell everyone and every once in a while mention what it is I do.

So here it goes. I love to knit, crochet, and tat. I am a beginning bead worker and have recently become intensely fascinated with bead weaving - loom and hand. I found "Beading Her Image" by Margie Deeb and was instantly transfixed. Her take on the ethnicity and the wonders of women is just so wonderful. Her skill and explanation of techniques is also admirable.

Most of my products are for women. I am not a lesbian - but I am feminist. I have nothing against lesbians, I just know I'm not. I believe that women are God's gift to the world. While we may not all be super model types, we are all unique and beautiful in some way. We are strong, but have our needs. We are emotional, but not afraid to show it. We can destroy nations, or build them up. We may be wives, mothers, daughters, friends, cousins, aunts, partners, lovers, or grandmothers. We may be old, young, or middle aged. We may be short, tall, petite, or plus-sized. We are black, white, red, and yellow. Whatever we are, we are each something. For centuries the world has been programmed to believe we are second. To believe we are less that what we were made to be. That we should be treated as children with no mind and less capability. Yet through our backs and bodies we have birthed the world and strengthened what otherwise would never have been. Generations before us sat behind and let their male counterparts take the glory. Yet they fed, clothed, warmed, and multiplied, with no more than a glance and never a thanks.

I believe that women should dress and feel beautiful. If you are looking to entice your mate or lover, then you shouldn't feel that you have to dress a certain way or be a certain thing. If g-strings are your thing, love them. If you prefer granny panties - by God be comfortable. We get so hung up on what we should and shouldn't do, should be and shouldn't be, that we forget who we are. My products are designed to celebrate who you are. I've heard so many women say, "Well, if I lose some weight I'll buy your clothes." NO! Do it now, when you are who you are. I've had five children. I went from a 95lb, petite, size 3 girl to a 140lb, size 10. I'm still short. That doesn't change. But I like my shortness. Dynamite is small, but it packs a big punch! I'm not saying don't lose weight to be healthy, because I am doing just that. I've lost nearly 15lbs in the last few months. But I decided I was done having children and it was time to reclaim what was mine. I'll never be a size 3 again. I have hips and thighs now. Yep, that's part of me. I'm proud of it. It shows what I've done and is one of my steps into womanhood. I wear pretty clothes and love that I'm back into a size 6-7. If you have a 42" bust, why do you have to reduce that before you can be pretty? If you have no bust - love it! For the longest time I obsessed over my size 32 AAs. Yes, that is a size. Not much, but it is.

If you find someone that loves you, right where you are, you've found a treasure. This person will love you later on, too. When your chin sags and your breasts hit the ground, they'll be there to pick you up. When your hair thins and your butt spreads, they will still love you. This person loves you where you are, right now. If you haven't found that person, then you don't want the one that will love you "when you change." Love who you are, and you'll find that person that loves who you are. It's an old cliche, but it is true.

When you look at my avatar and banner you will see a necked girl with long brown hair. She has her knitted shawl on, but her little booty is all out there. Her arms are stretched wide, because she is celebrating who she is. Yes, she is beautiful, but she has yet to show us her face. She may have acne ravages, a nose she thinks is too big, her eyes are too wide/small or the wrong color. Maybe her eyebrows grow together or she thinks her lips aren't pouty enough. But she doesn't care, either. She is just letting go. She spreads her arms wide, throws back her head, and cries out "I AM ME!" I found this beautiful banner and avatar on Swieky's Siggies on Artfire.

My products are meant to celebrate women. To celebrate their sensuality and sexuality, their individual beauty and personality. I am adding more stock as I create it. As I learn new skills, I add these to my repertoire and studio. I am careful and dedicated to my work. I don't just peel stuff off of my needles. It is all carefully measured, finished, and planned. When you get a product of mine, I guarantee it. I don't think that spending money on yourself is something taken lightly. When I spend money on myself it is a highly coveted or exceedingly necessary expense. I've bought more clothes and stuff for myself this year than I have in the previous twelve years altogether. My kids are getting older and diapers are becoming less of a necessity. Women give their all to those they love, and and my loved ones grow, I can find more time and money for myself. So with this in mind I create.

So this turned into a post a lot longer than I had intended. But I hope it gives you some idea of who I am and what I promote. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. Don't be ashamed to give me specific measurements or to ask for a full-bottom pantie. We're cool. I promise I won't make fun or snicker behind your back. I've been there, I have relatives and friends still there. I love these people, and to make jokes about you is the same as making jokes about them, in my opinion. I'm not snarky like that. So I am sending you many prayers today, and hoping that you will celebrate who you are. Buy from me, or not, just don't be afraid to love you. God loves you, and there is a reason why. You are you.
